1:1 Consultancy
No scripts. No generic checklists. Individual sessions built around what is actually happening for you right now, with someone who genuinely gets it.
Nuanced Co. consultancy sessions are not therapy. They are not coaching in the traditional sense. They are structured, focused conversations with someone who brings both clinical knowledge and lived AuDHD experience to the table.
Leah is a Registered Nurse who was diagnosed AuDHD as an adult. She understands the gap between what the clinical literature says and what actually happens in your life. Sessions are built around that gap.
This is a space where you do not have to explain yourself from scratch. Where the starting assumption is that your brain is not broken, and the goal is to figure out what actually works for it.
A no-pressure conversation to understand where you are and whether consultancy is the right fit. No commitment required.
We go deep on what is actually happening for you. No intake forms the length of a tax return. Just conversation, and listening.
You leave each session with something concrete. Not a list of things to try harder at. An actual framework built around your brain.
Some people want a one-off session for clarity. Others want ongoing support. There is no pressure either way.

Consultancy is not therapy and does not replace clinical mental health support. Leah is a Registered Nurse, not a psychologist or psychiatrist. Sessions are educational, supportive, and practical in nature.
If you are in crisis or need clinical mental health intervention, your GP is the right starting point. Leah can help you navigate that system and advocate for yourself within it, but she is not a substitute for it.
Pricing is available on request. Leah is committed to access and will discuss options with anyone for whom cost is a barrier.
