You might be in the right place if…

You have ADHD, are Autistic, or suspect you might be both. The standard advice has never quite fit.

You're smart, capable, and exhausted from working twice as hard to look half as organised as everyone else.

You're ready to stop masking and start building a life that actually works for your brain.

Your brain has a name.
Probably more than one.

Neurodivergence is not one thing. Below is a plain-language guide to the profiles Leah specialises in. If you see yourself in more than one, that is not unusual.

ADHD

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

A neurodevelopmental condition affecting how the brain regulates attention, impulse control, and executive function. ADHD is not a lack of focus. It is a difference in how the brain directs attention, energy, and motivation. It often looks completely different in adults, and especially in women and girls.

HyperfocusExecutive dysfunctionRejection sensitivityTime blindnessEmotional intensity

AuDHD

Autistic + ADHD

The experience of being both Autistic and ADHD at once. Not two separate conditions sitting side by side. Its own distinct way of existing in the world, with its own strengths, real challenges, and support needs that are still widely misunderstood by most services.

Demand avoidanceIntense interestsVariable maskingSensory differencesPattern thinking

Autism

Autistic Spectrum

A neurodevelopmental difference that shapes how a person processes sensory information, communicates, and relates to the world. Autism is not a disorder to be fixed. It is a different operating system. Many Autistic people, particularly women and late-diagnosed adults, have spent years masking without understanding why.

Neurodivergent & Twice Exceptional

Neurodivergence includes a wide range of brain differences. Leah works with people who are dyslexic, dyspraxic, twice exceptional (gifted and neurodivergent), or who simply know they think differently and have never found support that meets them where they are.

up to 50%
of people with ADHD also have Autism. Most services still treat them as completely separate diagnoses.

Support that fits
how you actually think.

Every session is built around your brain, not a template. The approach draws on nursing practice, coaching methodology, and lived experience as an AuDHD person.

"This is not about fixing you. It is about understanding how your brain works and building a life that works with it."

01
Understand the full picture

We start by mapping what is actually happening for you. No assumptions, no checklists. A real conversation about your experience, your patterns, and what you want to be different.

02
Build a strategy that holds

Using evidence-based frameworks and practical tools designed for neurodivergent brains, we work out what support actually looks like for you. Specific and actionable, not generic advice.

03
Adjust as you go

What works is not always what looks good on paper. We check in, adapt, and keep refining. The goal is sustainable change, not a one-off insight that fades by Friday.

04
Work with your nervous system

Burnout, demand avoidance, masking, shutdown. These are not character flaws. Understanding your nervous system changes everything. We build that understanding together.

Support that actually
understands you.

"I spent years watching people get half-answers and full blame for the way their brains work."

Hi, I'm Leah.

I'm a Registered Nurse, an AuDHD person, and the founder of Nuanced Co.

I spent years working in healthcare watching people get half-answers and full blame for the way their brains work. I'm doing something different here.

Nuanced Co. exists because neurodivergent people deserve support that actually understands them. Not support designed for someone else and quietly adapted.

I'm based in Geelong and work with people across Australia and internationally.

A space that was
built for you.

Nuanced Co. is building a community where the first thing you feel is understood. Group programs, peer connection, and a space where your brain does not need an explanation.

Group programs

Structured support in a small group setting. Learn strategies that actually work for neurodivergent brains, alongside people who get it.

Peer connection

A moderated space to connect with other neurodivergent people navigating work, diagnosis, relationships, and the daily reality of a brain that doesn't match the manual.

Resources library

A growing collection of guides, tools, and psychoeducation materials. Written for real humans, not clinical textbooks.
