"I spent years watching people get half-answers and full blame for the way their brains work."
My story
I spent years watching the system fail people like me.
As a Registered Nurse, I sat across from patients who were clearly AuDHD: smart, perceptive, and exhausted. I watched them leave with a pamphlet and a referral and no real understanding of what was actually going on for them.
Then I started connecting those experiences to my own. The hyperfocus. The sensory overwhelm. The way I could memorise an entire ward's worth of patient history but forget to eat lunch. The burnout that snuck up on me and then hit like a freight train.
I am AuDHD. And once I understood that (really understood it, not just as a diagnosis but as an identity) everything shifted.
Nuanced Co. exists because that shift should be available to everyone, not just the people lucky enough to stumble into the right information at the right time.
