On Australian legislation

Australian employers have obligations under the WHS Act 2011 and relevant state WHS regulations to identify and manage psychosocial hazards in the workplace. The Commonwealth Disability Discrimination Act 1992 requires reasonable adjustments for employees with a disability, which includes ADHD, autism, and related conditions.
