The Unmasked Life™ is an educational course created and delivered by Leah Veenhuizen in her capacity as a neurodivergent consultant. Leah is a Registered Nurse completing a Master of Counselling. She is not your treating clinician, therapist, or coach in this context.
This course provides psychoeducation, evidence-informed frameworks, and structured reflection prompts. It is designed to help you understand your neurology, identify patterns, and build self-knowledge. It is not a substitute for clinical assessment, diagnosis, therapy, or any other professional health service.
If content in this course raises difficult emotions or memories for you, please reach out to a qualified mental health professional. The resources on this page are a starting point. You can also book a consultation with Leah to discuss what kind of support might be right for you.
Every lesson has three format options: video, speed-read text, and audio-only. If one format is not working for your brain today, try another. There is no right way to move through this content.
The Pomodoro focus timer in the sidebar on each lesson page is there for a reason. 25 minutes on, 5 minutes off. Your brain is not broken for needing breaks.
Your progress is saved automatically. There is no deadline, no expiry, and no judgment for pausing. The course will be exactly where you left it.
If something specific in the course is not sitting right — content, format, pacing, anything — please tell Leah directly. hello@nuancedco.com.au
