Self-paced digital course · lifetime access
The same six weeks, on your own time
Six weeks to understand why things feel harder than they should, and what actually helps, worked through by yourself, at whatever pace suits you. A companion guide, a workbook for every week, and two bonus videos, one payment, no deadline, no waiting for a cohort to start.
$177 AUD. One payment. Lifetime access. No deadline.
Who this is for
The self-paced version covers exactly the same six patterns as the live program, written so you can work through them by yourself, without waiting for a group to start or a specific time each week.
This is for you if:
Program structure
Each week pairs one real ADHD pattern with practical, low-effort tools to try that week. Read the companion guide for the week, then open the matching workbook page before you move on.
Week 1
Task initiation and activation
Try this week: Five practical tools, including the smallest possible first step and body doubling.
Week 2
Time blindness and time awareness
Try this week: The 1.5 multiplier, visual timers and backward planning.
Week 3
Working memory load
Try this week: A single capture point, written recaps and checklists over memory.
Week 4
Emotional dysregulation
Try this week: Pause, label, choose, grounding techniques and self-compassion practice.
Week 5
Masking and cultural stigma
Try this week: Naming the pattern in your own words, and energy mapping.
Week 6
Rejection sensitivity
Try this week: Clarifying the evidence before reacting, and one thing from the last five weeks worth keeping.
What is included
A full teaching guide covering all six weeks, written for self-study rather than a live session.
The same reflection prompts, self-checks and method walkthroughs used in the live program.
Short videos to go alongside the material, so it's not just text the whole way through.
One payment, no deadline, no expiry. Come back to any week whenever you need it.
An invite to Late-Diagnosed ADHD Adults (Minus the Jargon), a private Facebook group for people working through this without the jargon. Your invite link is sent by email after you enrol.
Your consultant
Registered Nurse · Neurodivergent Consultant · Nuanced Co.
Leah is a registered nurse, mental health educator and neurodivergent consultant, currently completing postgraduate counselling studies. She is the founder of Nuanced Co., a neurodivergent consultancy creating Australian-first, evidence-informed education for late-diagnosed ADHD adults. She is also AuDHD herself.
Adult ADHD Foundations, in any format, is educational and reflective coaching, not therapy, counselling, treatment or crisis support. Working through this alone means there's no facilitator in the room, so week four in particular is written with extra care and clear signposting to support services. Visit the support page if you need help now, or consider the live program below if you'd rather have a person alongside you each week.
