Who this course is for
You received your ADHD diagnosis as an adult. Maybe recently. Maybe a while ago. Either way, you are still trying to make sense of what it means for your actual life,the past, the present, and how things might work differently from here.
This course is for you if:
Course structure
Each week follows a four-stage framework: Recognise, Acknowledge, Understand, Move Forward. You work at your own pace. There are no deadlines and no time limits.
Week 1
"What if I was never broken, just unsupported?"
Milestone: Map three ADHD patterns in your life that you previously misunderstood.
Week 2
"What am I allowed to grieve?"
Milestone: Name one area of grief and one form of support you wish you had received.
Week 3
"What have I been carrying, hiding or performing?"
Milestone: Identify one mask, one shame story and one emotional pattern you are ready to notice differently.
Week 4
"What support does my actual brain need now?"
Milestone: Build one ADHD-friendly support system for a real part of your life.
What is included

Every lesson is available as video, speed-read text, and audio-only. Switch between them at any time.
Four reflection prompts per week, embedded directly in the lesson. Work through them in your own time.
